No, Reepicheep never seems to think anything is funny. It's odd, because I don't usually like characters who don't have a sense of humor, and I love Reepicheep. And it's true that Eustace is also not inclined to humor. The only time I can think of where he's described as laughing is when he's just been restored to himself and he takes off the armband, and that's not a humorous moment.
We don't see much of Edmund or Eustace in this episode, but there's that bit where Eustace is trying to explain what "inaudible" means that sounds as though he's being patronizing, although of course that's the lens through which I am now reading the episode.
This was a great prompt because it really got me thinking about the book in a new way.
