Author bio

transposable_element is a student of the history of engraved toiletry kits. She has worked as a figure skiier, librarian mentor, and dishwasher. She lives with her second cousin, Pancy, two pigeons named Steve and Hercules, and a temperamental echidna named Bullwinkle. She collects coffee cans, which she uses as tea canisters, and is often seen wearing a purple faux-zebra-skin cloak. She divides her time between a chic flat in the 7th Arrondissement of Paris and a dilapidated farmhouse in southern North Dakota. Who the Hell Cares What You Think? is her first novel.

Note: You always, always, always have to have worked as either a dishwasher or a taxi driver. Otherwise you can't be a writer.
