Now in the hacking cough stage...

For the last few days I have been coping with a nasty cold and have been sleeping badly (on the couch, so as to avoid keeping my husband awake with my sniffling and restlessness) and generally feeling sorry for myself. I suppose I shouldn't complain because it's the first time I've been sick at all this winter, which is rather remarkable considering that over the years my precious little disease vector, er, daughter has brought home everything from lice to enteroviruses.

At the moment I am consoling myself with hot tea and Dealing With Dragons.

Ow. Sinus infections are monstrous. I'm glad yours is on the mend.

I hadn't read Dealing with Dragons in a while either, but Filia loves the series so it was lying around, like most of her books. It's so much fun, and perfect comfort reading.
