Huh. First time I scrolled past this post (on Kindle Fire browser) photos were ordinary size. Now (on Firefox) photos are HUGE.

I'm seeing huge pictures as well -- it's because of the DW theme she's using, so when you view this on smaller screens like a tablet or phone, the photo will scale down accordingly but it will blow up to 100% if you're viewing this on a wider browser like on a computer.

TL;DR -- blame it on the CSS.

I think this will cause problems in other themes too. Your image is really really huge, it's 4160 pixels wide by 3120 pixels tall. Most computer screens are not that wide. :-)
