My own story, of course, I cannot talk about until reveal. I'm a little concerned because my recipient hasn't said anything yet. Sigh. Go, TE, go and do something else and DON'T WORRY. People like your story. Really, they do.

And sometimes, recipients never do comment. The person I wrote that Susan fic for a few years back never commented. I ended up checking on their other gifts from other exchanges, and they comment maybe one time in three or four.

But I still wonder if they hated the story because someone wrote them a treat for that exchange and they did comment on that. I don't know...

Cheer up, Trans! :) There's lots of stories there, and people will be working their way through bit by bit. (I am - and I'm only just up to the Uncle Andrew one - I started from the bottom and am working my way up, more or less.)
I hope your recipient does respond soon, but I know without looking that your story is great! :)

I think, too, that time is a factor - I've just bailed on my reading-from-the-bottom-up, on coming to a longish story, and I expect others will be the same until the weekend.
